Support for Vision TV (1 Viewer)

Is there any support (native or plug-in) for Vision TV streaming feeds?

There are quite a number of channels in the UK EPG (in the 2xx range) which are actually links to streaming services, not broadcast over air. Current internet-connected TV's and PVR's understand these and launch a player for the feed.

MHEG-5 and MHEG-IC aren't supported in Mediaportal, I don't think anyone has tried to implement MHEG since McGoober a few years ago unfortunately.
