You need the signal passed to your Denon AVR-1909 as a digital signal, not decoded so that the receiver can decode the signal to analogue and output it through the speakers attached to it. It looks like MPC - MPA Decoder can pass a digital signal to a receiver using S/DIF, but it doesn't mention HDMI. I use LAV to pass-through the signal via HDMI to my receiver from the SAF pack of codecs. ffdshow can do the same. I think the Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder and Cyberlink PDVD may be able to do the same. Mew</blockquote>
