I downloaded SVN Rev 265 to see what new improvements there were (more so after reading of the speedup in another thread).
While using it, I moved some files from one drive to another and did a reimport with gather data from online unticked (as all the data is already in the DB). I also made sure that the option to keep references to files not found was also unticked.
Once the rescan was complete, the files that I had moved now had 2 entries: the new location and the old location.
It seems as though the old location isn't being cleared even though the option to keep them is unticked.
This is working okay in the version in the plugin download page.
