I apologize for my extended absence. My family couldn't wait for me to work out the kinks and subscribed to Dish Network. I do remain interested in MP and want to have a fully working configuration. So here's my update:
The patch you kindly provided worked. My Happauge WMC remote mapping works except that I need to configure it so it doesn't move so fast. Please let me know the name of the file containing its configuration so I can upload it for sharing with others.
I am unable to download US guide data and need to figure out how to fix it.

mm, All has been working fine until I just upgraded from 1.12 to 1.14 MP. I am using Hauppauge tuner and remote. After the upgrade, the remote does not do anything in MP and I get the message HCWHELPER has stopped working. Please let me know how I may get the remote working again if possible. Many thanks. Dave
