Switching from a channel playing AC3 audio to one playing MPEG1/2 audio fails (the MPEG audio doesnt play and wont play again until MP is closed). Happens when either the Microsoft DTV codec or the Cyberlink Powerdvd 9 codec is used as the AC3/MPEG audio decoder. The "MPC - MPA Decoder Filter" seems to work ok. Havent tried any others.

Only seems to fail when switching from AC3 to MPEG. Switching from MPEG to AC3 seems to be ok.

Let me know if you need any more information

I am using MDAPI, but this was definately working in the previous SVN

I am using MDAPI, but this was definately working in the previous SVN

MDAPI is NOT supported. Sorry to take the hard line, but it does not matter if this was working in the previous SVN.

If you can reproduce the problem with a clean install of MediaPortal with no MDAPI or additional plugins, then feel free to re-report.

    Best wishes,

    Mark

Sure, I fully understand - its just a pain to re-install everything!

shall I create a new thread with the new logs?
