system freezing (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Skin: X-factor
Windows Version: vista 32

Just out of the blue my mp start to freez when i try and enter music or mymovies. Moving picture and my tvserie
still works. i have attached my error log if any one can figure out some thing. I have use my setup for about a month with out add anything to my htpc soo i have no ide where to start

Did a clean installation with out any pluggins , and used default skin , same problem freezes when i try and enter music or mymovies

This is where things die, have you removed any external devices, or moved folders

If in deep doo doo, then delete the mediaportal.xml found from the user files in MP config link, then reconfigure, all databases should be intact once plugins enabled.

Paranoid , i do stream everything from my server But tv serie and moving picture still work and that data is on the same server. and i dont use any external devices on my htpc. Going to try remove mediaportal.xml when i get home .

Paranoid Thx alot for your help , you saved me from have to reinstall vista , and i would never have guessed that music and movies database had something with the mediaportal.xml file

One bad closure of MP and that file easily gets corrupted, wish there was a way to restore the .bak version when this happens automatically, would definitely stop people suddenly getting a useless MP setup.
