Fine if you want to try Argus, but please try the debug build first and provide the logs. Otherwise I would have no chance to fix the problem... :(

Hmmm, the Google German translation is not so good, but it seems you're asking about log files?

Yes, you can use the MediaPortal debug/watchdog tool. Option 3 (export existing log files) would be enough. Your previous log zip was perfect - it included the TV Server log files.

Are there any other possibilities I can do?

    Please do as requested here:
    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/tbs-5990-q-box-s2-hdtv-kein-signal.126540/#post-1087782

...with the Elgato EyeTV tuners, and the patch.

The logs you've provided are for the TBS tuner without the patch => not what I asked for.
Please let us look at the EyeTV tuner first, then we can come to the TBS tuner.

With this modification eyetv sat free works fine

    Great! :)

    Now for the TBS tuners...
First, please can you try tuner B to see if the problem is the same:
    1. Open TV Server configuration.
    2. Go to the "manual control" section.
    3. Click "stop service"... then "start service".
    4. Try to scan...
If that doesn't work, please try with "preferred network provider" set as "DVBS":
