Tuner 2 = Nilesat
Tuner 3 = not connected
Tuner 4 = not connected

You are right about :
Tuner 1 = Hotbird

TBS named it like that
LNB A is tuner 1
LNB B is tuner 2
LNB C is tuner 3
LNB D is tuner 4

Okay, now things start to become clearer.
So, in your log files, the last two tune attempts are:

• MBC 1 (Nilesat) on tuner 1 => failed
• TV PULS (Hotbird) on tuner 1 => success

So the problem is that you are telling TV Server to use tuner 1 for both Hotbird and Nilesat.
The best way to fix this problem:
1. Delete all channels (TV and radio).
2. Use tuner 1 to scan Hotbird.
3. Use tuner 2 to scan Nilesat.

After that everything will work. Do not do any channel mapping - it is not required.

Exactly the same way you did before.

Doesn't matter. The watchdog grabs TV Server log files as well.
