Our house was equipped with new cables last year and with new amplifiers, so they should be fine. We are 6 parties in one house. I went to the basement and changed my line to the highest output port on the amplifier and switch.. to no success..

I also have new cables in all my rooms, so I guess it is not a mater of signal strength or muting..

I read in another (MCE) forum, that others do have problems with QAM 256 as well. They said it clearly is a problem of TT drivers..
They have experimented with cabeling to no success..

I can recieve all QAM256 and QAM64 channels, but they are stuttering very very much.. :-(

So I am concidering to by a different card with better drivers/support. I do need BDA for MP (as far as I know), and there are not many DVB-C cards with CI+CAM support, so I wonder which ones really work fine with MP..

I concider: FloppyDTV (expensive!!), KNC1 (does this support CAM/CI?), Twinhan (does that have CAM/CI)?

No news from technotrend. There is no new driver version. And so, nothing changed.

If you try the twinhan, could you give me info how it works?
If it works fine, I would buy one too.

Hey that what be great, dman. I was already about to by a new (=different) card.
In the past the TT budget was not bad, but though they advertise QAM256 support it does not really work.

I have read different post in differents boards, they all complain about the same problem.

I will wait a while, but if no one comes up with a solution I will have to buy me a different card. Xmas is coming closer and it would be nice the watch TV in the winter period,...

    Any news welcome..
