Technotrend S2 3200 & Diseqc 1.2 (1 Viewer)

Hi, I fancy getting a motor for my satellite dish and am using a Technotrend S2 3200, which says it only supports Diseqc 1.0. But on the DVB Viewer forum quite a few people have the S2 3200 card working fine with Diseqc 1.2 from within DVB Viewer Pro. Now is this down to the DVB Viewer software or not? Can I use Diseqc 1.2 with the S2 3200 from within MediaPortal.... please say yes....

Here same configuration, same problems.
Work fine with "DVBViewer Pro"
Now i say "no"

I am afraid I have to dissapoint you.
TV Server has problems with DiseqC1.2 even with supported cards. I can use my motorised dish with nearly every available application except MP.
It is a prception at the moment that DiseqC1.2 is not widely used and as such the problem has a very low priority on developers list. I don't even see the problem listed in MP team "To Do" list.

OK, its been a while, and now MP V1.0 is now out has the Diseqc situation been resolved?
