Double check is done. I even did the procedure above twice. Once with an absolute clean installation.
While copying I was asked if I want to replace the existing files. That should prove it.
Hmmm, maybe some kind of security feature. Is it possible that MP is not allowed to load/use files from the internet?

And a stupid question: why should mp load the dvbsky dll? The card is recognized as Technotrend.
Like I said earlier: TechnoTrend is the reseller, but actually the design is from DVBSky - same as the T980C.

Hm yes, that looks pretty similar. Tried to trick the system by using the dvbsky driver. But it doesn't get installed

MP is not loading the plugin at all. It wouldn't help.
Would it be possible to connect to your server with TeamViewer so I can see what might be going on?

^^ That did not come from us. If we support CI (or other special features) we add it to the list here:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...des/2_TV_Setup/0_TV_Card_Features#DVB-C_Cards

If a tuner with CI is not listed there then there is no native support in MP1/TVE3.

Attached is another update to the NetUP plugin (DVBSky DLL also included just in case). This one should allow your CAM to be detected [tested], enable the CI menu support [tested], and hopefully also decrypt channels [not tested - no access to encrypted channels, sorry]. I tested with the latest TT driver (4.0.0.4) and DVBSky driver (20140403) [required patched inf file].

Remember after unzipping you need to right click on the file, select properties, and then at the bottom allow/enable the DLL to be loaded (Windows file-from-Internet security).

Unfortunately does not work on my side. Can't tune into channels - even not into FTA channels - and the CI menu says "CAM not ready"
