Teletext button in TV menu (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I've found a bug in the tvmenu screen:

I have unchecked "Turn on TV" When entering the TV screen in Mediaportal Configuration, TV section.

If I enter the TV screen in mediaportal, in the TV menu, Teletext is visible despite the fact that TV is off.

If I turn on TV, and turn it off again, "Teletext" is no longer visible, so that part is working correct.
Is it possible to do the check if Teletext should be visible when the TV menu is presented?

Visibility of this button is already handled in TvPlugin code. But due to skin engine flaw the button doesn't respect visibility set in the code. This is only manifested in skins using action group (hidden menu) for TV home buttons. This is a fundamental flaw in skin engine and really hard to fix without breaking 10 other things

Bad workaround is possible: add the visibility condition to the button:
<visible>player.hasmedia</visible>
But this will show button whenever any media is playing (audio / video - not just TV)
