teletext subtitles not transparent (1 Viewer)

What codec are you using. In my case the subs are far from synced (default codec that comes with MP)
NVIDIA pure video, but what I've found is:

Watching the same channel transmitted in 2 different standard....
Using my DVB-S card (skystar2) are synchronized, always !
Using my DVB-T card (pinnacle) rarely syncronized, or about 2-3 seconds delay !!

UPDATE: used again subtitles yesterday: with the DVB-T card are only rarely synchronized, usually subtitles are shown before than they should.
Note: I have a bad DVB-T reception, sometimes video shutter "naturally" and I can't really estimate the subtitle impact on this.

I'm still having this problem that when using subtitles on tele-text on analog TV the entire screen gets covered with a black box. Can anyone tell me if devs are aware of this problem or if it is going to be/has been fixed?

EDIT: I also have to mention that I'm speaking of teletext subtitles on analog tv, not DVB...
