terratec grabster av400 doesn't work (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
I have a problem with usb dongle terratec av400.
It seems (reading the documentation) that the card is supported, but my card isn't seen by the tv server.
Is there anyone with this card working?

Sure, and work perfectly with the bundled software

I'm not a noob, i know that a device works only with drivers installed....

By the way, it seems that this device works only with bundled software, tried dscaler, vlc and virtualdub with no luck
