EPG grabbing off did nor work. Nor did Power on - always. Still stuttering. And the TVserver still crashes/freezes.

Have you tried the ForTheRecord/Argus tuner? (For The Record - View topic - For The Record 1.5.0.1)
It might prove more stable for you.
You need to replace the tvclient plugin (RC4 included above) with the 1.1 final plugin from this link: For The Record - View topic - TvPlugin.dll needed for MePo 1.1.0 Final...
Also, what codecs are you using? Have you tried using SAF 4.0 or 5.0 (unlocked)?
