Terrible performance when viewing TV or recorded TV on MediaPortal (1 Viewer)

Hi,

When I choose to view recorded TV (.TS) file in MediaPortal or just watch LivTV I can see image stattering, it'll go smooth and then loose some frames and then do it again and again.
I manually run TS file in VLC on the same computer and it works fine with now stattering and very smooth and I can watch Live TV using Pinnacle TVCenter Software just fine as well. I use HTPC to output to external display 1920x1080.
Is there some configuration in MediaPortal whcih is causing it?

Hi!

Most of this problems are codec related. I solved my problem by using nvidia codec. Also changing the deinterlace mode (vmr9) did the trick.

Can I use Nvidia codec with ATI card? Where do I change that setting? How can I put VMR9 as deinterlace mode?
