I'm very interested in your results. Got mine in last week and this evening i tried to install it. MP recognize him but i can't get the channels decrypted with the aplhacrypt (and a legal card of Casema/Ziggo).

Searched the web but couldn't find anything that helped me so far.

Let me know if I could be of some help with testing.. I'm definitly following this thread!

Can you post your tvserver logs? I would take a look on it.

It could be that the current technotrend api doesn't handle this card yet.

    I got it working!!!

I installed the Technotrend device and put in the alphacryptcard with the Ziggo card.

I was just to fast with giving up. I tried today (no changes) and it works. It needs just some time to decrypt. Stil figuring out how MP works with TV and stuff.

On my windows XP SP3 with MP it works great!!!

Ziggo Transponder / Freq File to use with TV-SERVER

How did you scan for the ziggo channels?

I've made my own transponder list for Ziggo

    See attached file.

    put it in C:\program files\team mediaportal\mediaportal tv server\tuningparameters.

Then in TV Server configuration choose the dvb-c card, in Country select "Ziggo" and scan :)

It all worked "out of the box". In TV-server just choice the dvb-c card and scan just like you. But i didn't adjust anything..

Its also slow here. I don't know how other cards react in MP.

For me its not a big problem. Now I watch tv to relax so I don't zap around...

Oke I said that i don't mind if the zapping goes slow but after a week of intensive "zapping" I start to get annoyed by the slow zapping.

Is it possible to adjust this?
