Tevii S480 slow channel change (1 Viewer)

Hi guyz
I ma new to mediaPortal an having built my first HTPC I am getting very slow channels changes over 5 seconds which for me would make MediaPortal unvaiable. Therefore I would like to request help from any members who will be intrested in helping me.

My setup is:

1. Asrock E350M1 motherboard whith amd E30 brazos cpu.
2. Integrated AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics.
3. Asigned 512mb of ram to graphics card via BIOS.
4. AMD Catalyst drivers installed and working
5. MediaPortal V 1.2.3.0
2. Tevii S480 dual tuner dvbp-s card.
3. Samsung 4gb Ram.
4. Samsung HD103SJ 7200rpm 1TB hard drive disk.
5. Windows 7 ultimate fresh install.
6.Connected to Hotbird 13.0E directly without diseqc motor or switch.

Approximately 2.5 seconds is taken just for the TeVii driver to tune sometimes...

Is 2.5 seconds slow or fast ? and what settings can i use to improve ?

A friend of mine have a Tevii something PCI-E card and have the same problem... he have tried just about everything and will replace the card - it's just slow :/ It works fins but is slow...
Can't say more about it since I dont know anything - just that.

I have used the card on Windows Media Center and it is fast there.
