Hi

When trying to stream files from host to Android device I get this error:

The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'. The authentication header received from the server was 'Basic realm=""'

EPG and recordings works fine.. but I just cannot stream the videos.

thanks

I'd need your logs to help you. Are you using aMPdroid or WebMP btw?

Oops, seem to have missed your post.

Any chance you have disabled authentication in the configurator? If so, can you try again with authentication enabled?

    I have auth enabled.
I can connect remotely only to epg , but not to series and videos and music

I had this with MP2, and I fixed it by deleting the default "admin" user in MPExtended and setting up a new one with a password (and then entering this username and password into the client).

it has to do something with the xml files.

If you are so sure that is the problem, they are in C:\ProgramData\MPExtended.
