First of all, I think it's great you included the implementation of SubtitleDownloader, it's the feature I use most (except for actually watching shows... :)).
There's one very big usability issue, as far as I can see.
If I choose - "Download" -> "Subtitles", I really don't want to see the list of subtitle providers and go over them one by one. This is silly. What I want is that the plugin will automatically scan all the websites I selected, remove duplicates, and show me a list of what it found.

I think that could be a major improvement.

Thanks!

I have been hoping for similar feature.

Also it would be nice if you could select "default" language. So if I have Finnish selected as "default" and English as "alternative" it would show English subtitles either only when no Finnish is available or atleast after Finnish subs in the list. Now it is very annoying if I choose Finnish and English it always list many English subs before Finnish subs.

Since it's a wish list thread, I would like to see the actual file name when I choose which subtitle to select, usually subtitles are sync'ed to a particular release, having the filename shown is a must.

It shows the filename fine here... but that's related to the scraper. So I guess the scraper you're using doesnt support filenames.
I use bierdopje, and it just shows the release names as results. But that's just the way Bierdopje returns results, that differs per scraper.

I completely agree. I would be even more extreme - if the subtitle's release's name is identical to the filename, I don't even want to see a list. Just download the subtitles and that's it.

I think he meant the filename of the local file, it only shows the season & episode number and the title...

This would be nice. Could work this way when the video is started and in the old way when downloaded separately...

Doesn't do that here either. Afaik it renames to the filename of the video file (haven't checked really).

Other question: is it possible to disable this feature? During installing you don't have that choice.
