There must be a simple answer....I'm confused...How to add a video?! lol (1 Viewer)

TV-Server Version: Not using
MediaPortal Version: 1.0.2
MediaPortal Skin: Blue3
Windows Version: XP Pro

I'm slightly confused, I don't know how to add videos so that I can play them on the Media Center.

With other Media Center applications I simply go to the folder (e.g. Shared Files->Videos->TV->Reality->Ace Of Cakes), I will then see S01E02.avi and click it.

But with MP I go to the file and its empty, am I missing something?
