we have been using this version for a while, and it seems like it *will* crash after few hours of TV.:
    -sometimes when ending TV.
-often like this: TV image freezes while fullscreen, I exit to small view, press "TV off" button, and the whole MP freezes.

    please see attached log/crashbug

    Hi,
Not seen such behavior here & usually have left TV playing for 24 hours to test.
Do you have all updates from win update installed(also wmp)?
For video codecs you should select something different the ffdshow to test(your logsdidn't show much from a crash, only from a MP start), is this when using analog or dvb?

    Regards
    Roy

This is using analog TV (I do not have Canal Digital subscription -yet - plan to get it after vacation)

Regarding hotfixes: I have these installed:
    Multi DVB Tuner Issue -dvbfix.rar
    WindowsXP-KB885222-v2-x86-ENU.exe
    WindowsXP-KB896626-v2-x86-ENU.exe
    Deinterlacing (VMR9) windowsxp-kb919071-x86-enu.exe

    Some observations:
I use the same system and Hauppuage drivers as I did reliably in MP 0.2.3
All codecs are the same as I used in 0.2.3 (except maybe for the ones delivered with 1.0RC1)

Sat-TV does crash MP now and then, but it seems that only encrypted channels crash it, and I have not used sat-tv for as much as an hour yet. (free channels are just not worth watching)
However, I did run sat-radio for 2-3 hours, it worked fine.

Anyway: I just switched to using MPA/MPV as TV codecs. - and I am running a test now.

Thanks for looking into my logs

    Hi,
Make sure that wmp it's up to date, that means wmp11 should be installed(think you had 9), it has some updates which are good(not sure which that could be).

OK. will install WMP 11 - but first, will see if tv crashes in few hours. (still running.)
-I was using WMP9 probably because I was suppressing the fact what MP needs this microsoft bloatware, I am in a state of denial on this subject. :)

    Hi,
Problem with that is, you could be reported bugs which needs something thats updated with wmp(even if mp doesn't use much of wmp) & then we can't reproduce it cause we already have it installed & then causing false reports :p

Using MPA + MPV instead of ffdshow as tv codec fixed the problem.
    - I also installed WMP11

-One strange thing happens now and then (once a week) - while watching TV, clicking "back" or "exit" on remote, sometimes will NOT exit the TV-mode, and go to "home".
-using a hotkey for "home" works, but not reapeted "exit".
-is this a known bug ?
