i did not install the haali media splitter thing at all.
switching between audio tracks still works by pressing the green button on my remote.

This used to work for me but it's stopped working. Now whenever I watch an avi with two audio tracks it plays the commentary instead. Pressing A on the keyboard does nothing.
I have never installed Haali and I've always used MPA decoder (not ffdshow).
So do I need to install this Haali thing or is something else broken?

Never mind guys, I've answerered my own question.
I installed Haali and the A button still does nothing. However, the Green button on my remote does change the audio track so that's fine. (I don't know if the Green button worked before I installed Haali, I had never tried pressing it).
