[fixed] Too short timeout in SQL execution during TV Service setup (1 Viewer)

Hi,

When upgrading from 1.7.1 hotfix to 1.8.0, the TV Service setup reported that an SQL statement had failed. I took a look at SetupTV.log (attached) and found that apparently setup tried to run all the update commands in a single batch (which is fine) with a short timeout of only 30 seconds. The machine had another process at the same moment competing with MySQL for resources, so it's no wonder it timed out, since it took 28 seconds to run all the commands from MySQL command line on an otherwise idle machine. Please consider making the timeout something much longer for the database upgrade commands.

If you can reproduce the time-out, could you please test the upgrade again with the attached installer?
Attached installer is based on 1.8 (current master), so together with (hopefully) a fix, you'll get a free peak @ 1.9 Pre Release
