Tool to make Manual Entry easier (1 Viewer)

I have some series such as Rawhide that do not get identified from the Database so it's gonna require manual entry to get it in and tagged properly. Is there a utility that make it easier to manually enter the details and the artwork and banners? I've looked in the DL sections here but do not see any...

That's probable because it's easier to add to TheTVDB (if not already there) so anyone can benefit.
