Hi,
I have RC2 installed and the same problem. However when I try in cmd line to configure the plugn the file Ipimpcofigureplugin.exe stops responding, so I am not able to fix it...

please help. I love this plugin. Everything works except transcoding and watching recordings...

Unzip it to C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server
