Translator does not recognize some mce remote buttons (1 Viewer)

Hi,

i want to use the volume up / down buttons (original mce) to do some action, but the translator does not recognize the buttons, when i try to learn them.
Some buttons like the yellow, red, play,.. are ok. But why
