So i feel like I'm missing something very basic here and am getting quite frustrated over the past hour or so. I updated MP to 1.2, which I found is not compatible with the version of MessagePlugin I've been using. The old version had a readme with simple 'copy this here, copy that there' instructions. Dragy put the effort into updating the plugin to work with 1.2, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to install it. I really feel like it has something to do with MessagePlugin_update.xml or MediaportalExtension.xml files but can't quite connect the dots. I've been searching the forums and can't find anything...which further supports my growing suspicion that it's something so simple nobody else needs to ask the question.

If Dragy made an update and the file has the extension mpei, simply double-click that file ;)
Why don´t you post in the respective forum of Message plugin????
