Yesterday, I upgraded from Mediaportal 1.0 to 1.01 and now I can't play any of my recorded TV shows. When I try to I get an error that Mediaportal can't play the file. The files are recorded in normal .ts format, and they worked perfectly in MP 1.0. Also downloaded files in DivX format work perfectly
I am using for the record for my recordings.

Please help, as I can't watch any of my recordings.

    Thanks Jason

Not much help, but there's 1.0.2 out now... You should be able to play them in Windows Media Player as a default... but I'd check and see which mpeg2 codec you have selected within MP to see if it's the culprit

    Thanks for your reply...

I should have posted that I fixed it, but did get back on to do it.

I fixed it by reinstalling MediaPortal - it seems that the installation didn't actually install MP 1.0.1 correctly and reinstalling fixed it.

    Thanks Jason
