TS Recorded TV File Not Updating (1 Viewer)

I Use MediaPortal 2.1.3 to Record TV, and the recorded TS File doesn't update(Refresh). It just stays at the same file size I have to click refresh in order for it to refresh the file size. I used to record wit NextPVR and the TS File would update(refresh), but I had to leave it running for it update. Anyone know how I can get the file to update without using refresh? I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, I record with an ATI 650 PCI Express card, and have a MSI Z97 PC Mate motherboard, an Intel Core I5 4690k Processor, and an Nvidia Geforce GT740 graphics card.
