MP1-4137 is a bug fix for a language parsing issue with some AC3 audio streams, which can result in an 'unknown' language being assigned (which then can confuse the MP language selection logic) - see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...for-the-visually-impaired-incorrectly.120281/ for more info.
MP1-4171 is a small rework to add recognition of ATSC E-AC3 (DD+) streams to TsReader.ax,

MP1-4222 - Modifies and hopefully improves RTSP data handling.

MP1-4203 - Fixes the fragmented TS packet handling in PacketSync.cpp (which can cause continuity errors etc. in some situations)

(plus minor modfications to the log file formatting so that it is a better match with the MP log file formatting).

These modifications need testing for both the bug fixes, and to check that the modifications do not cause any regressions - so the more people who test the better :)

The binary files attached below include all the fixes and updates.

The combined Git branch is here - https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1/tree/MP1-EXP_TsReader_MP160_Owlsroost

The individual branches included are -
    https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1/tree/MP1-4137_TsReader_AC3_language_parsing_bug_v2 ,
    https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1/tree/MP1-4171_TsReader_add_ATSC_E-AC3_stream_type
    https://github.com/MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1/tree/EXP_TsReader_RTSP_dev and

To install the test file, stop MP, go to C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal (or C:\Program Files(x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal), make a backup copy of the original TsReader.ax, extract the new version from the zip file and copy it into the folder. Start MP.
    First version - v3.0.76.0

TsReader has nothing to do with channel scanning or inactive channels. You need TsWriter.

    Quick q:
    1. Performance in rtsp data streams? Is it faster channel change times or something else in mind we are suppose to test?
    2. AC3 streams and (unk)? I've got some channels that only contains one audio stream and that's AC3, Mp detects some of these (or all, dunno) as (unk), should I see if this pops up as (swe) hopefully or something else?

    1. It was mostly to try and reduce the continuity errors due to packet losses e.g. on WiFi networks, so nothing in particular to test - but general feedback is useful (is it better/worse/same as the old version ?)

    2. Hopefully it will fix that problem.

    Thanks for the testing :)
