TSReader problem on client only (1 Viewer)

I'm having regular problems with TSReader on my client pc. About 50% of the time It fails to play live or recorded tv until MP is re-started. I've had a look through the logs (attached) and think this may be the problem:

I've included full logs and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue which i've had since at least RC02 - my g/f is getting annoyed at having to reboot before she can watch any telly!

Can't anyone help here? It's a bit of a showstopper for me as my g/f wants to scrap MePo if I can't fix this...
