TT-budget S2-3200 support? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Everything is in the title. I'm specially interested about DiseqC & CAM support, could someone please confirm that Mediaportal fully supports this card through the BDA driver provided by Technotrend?

I do not care about HDTV (at the moment) support within Mediaportal.

please take a look onto the Supported Cards List. Afaik it is not in there. But since it uses BDA driver, you can make your way through this: How to add a card.

I'm not a MP user but have been looking at the source a bit lately. I believe some additional code needs to be added to ConditionalAccess/TechnoTrend.cs for CI/CAM support to work properly after standby/resume, something along the following lines (pseudo code):

case PowerModes.Suspend:
bdaapiCloseCI(_handle);
bdaapiClose(_handle);
return;

case PowerModes.Resume:
_handle = bdaapiOpenHWIdx(xxx,xxx);
bdaapiOpenCISlim(_handle, xxx;
return;

}
}

Essentially closing CI before suspending and reinitialising on restart. Don't know who looks after this part of the engine but you might want to give them a nudge.
