Hope you don't mind but I'm just picking up this thread again. I have had a replacement card from TBS (great company!!!) but I am still seeing the same problems.

Hopefully there might be something in the logs that will give you a clue.

Earlier today I got excited thinking it was fixed as the scan picked up 6 channels before the same error started occurring.

I have tried disabling firewall, real time virus scanning, epg grabbing, switching between generic and dvbs.

One thing to note is I have the xbmc plugin installed but I think I have tried disabling this in the past as well with no effect.

I am just about to upload my logs however I have noticed the tvservice logs are huge. Like 174mb and 263mb. I'll clear them out and load new logs shortly but is that normal for the files to get so big?

Hello and happy new year erichzann :)

    Nope, I don't mind. :)

I have had a replacement card from TBS (great company!!!)...
    Yeah, they're good folks. :)

...but I am still seeing the same problems.
    Mmmm. :(

Hopefully there might be something in the logs that will give you a clue.
I've had a look, but I'm sorry to say that nothing really stands out. There are continuity errors in your TsWriter log... which is odd. Maybe suggests the input signal quality is not good.

You've connected the power connector to the tuner card, haven't you?
Have you got any way to confirm that there is no issue with the dish(s), LNB(s), any switches and splitters you might have, and/or cabling? For example, do you have an STB that you can plug in and do a quick test with?
Do you have any recollection about memorable events that might have occurred at the time this problem started? I'm just wondering if something might be wrong with your PSU, or whether you added hardware, updated BIOS... or something important of that nature... that might have caused this.
You didn't download, install or build TVE 3.5 (MP2 native TV) did you?

I am just about to upload my logs however I have noticed the tvservice logs are huge. Like 174mb and 263mb. I'll clear them out and load new logs shortly but is that normal for the files to get so big?
No, it isn't normal. I suspect the biggest log files are the TsWriter log files, right? Full of EPG grabbing or continuity errors probably...
