What are the keyboard shortcuts or commands to turn the tv on/off?

pause/play = space
stop = b

You can find and modify the full list of shortcuts in MediaPortal configuration in the "keyboard shortcuts" and "keys and sounds" subsections within the "general" section - make sure you enable expert/advanced mode (top right hand corner of MP config) so that you see the sections (they are hidden in basic mode).

Thank you for your replies, but I couldn't find the shortcuts anywhere neither in the wiki nor in the Mediaportal Configuration.

Maybe you didn't understood my question, but I meant a keyboard shortcut to turn the tv on or off like the menuitem in MyTV:

Is it possible and if yes then how?

To stop the TV you only need the stop key "b".
It's like stopping a video / music / something else.

As hafblade said, just try pushing the keys as suggested. The stop and play shortcuts are in the "general" section -->here<--.

Thank you all for your replies.

I tried the suggested keyboard shortcuts, and I was succesfully able to stop the live-tv by pressing "S" (I changed the default shortcut from "B"), but I could not start the live-tv again (or to begin with) by pressing "P" or any other shortcut (tried allmost every combination, I could think of). Guess it's not possible to turn the tv on with a keyboard shortcut then, bummer...

To Paranoid Delusion: I already have the ShortCut'er Plugin installed, but it only makes it possible to jump to a specifik screen like MyTV - not perform a special command as I'm looking for. I have added a shortcut in the plugin to the MyTV-screen, but it doesn't work while the live-tv is off. That's why I want a shortcut to start the live-tv.

If anyone have found a way to start the live-tv with a keyboard shortcut, maybe by installing a special plugin or something, then please let me know in this thread.

sukceso, I have already tried that key and many other combinations, as I described in my last reply, but without any luck. Based on all my attempts, I do not think it is possible to turn the live-tv on by using any of the standard keyboard shortcuts, but maybe by using some sort of plugin, which I have not been able to find so far...

Any help around this is very appreciated.
