Tv doesn't work (and a question regarding TV Server) (1 Viewer)

Hello,
my TV card works absolutely fine with dvbviewer.
But in Mediaportal I get different errors:
In Configuration: "unable to create graph for this device!!" Nonetheless I can select both Tuners. Additionally, when starting Configuration.exe without admin rights it wants to access a non-existant registry key (TV System Services) when trying to map the channels to the card or saving the changes.

In Mediaportal: Even before activating the tv inside "My TV" I get an errormessage saying that it "Cannot add filter Microsoft DVBT Network Provider".

What can I do about it? I have already read through different other posts but unfortunately I couldn't find anything helpful.

Edit: Another question: For troubleshooting purposes I have installed the TV Server (Using the deploytool -> singleseat configuration) the server is up and running (it even detected the card and succeded in doing a channelscan) But it seems Mediaportal itself isn't aware of the Server as the configuration doesn't allow me to use the TV Server (at least I can't see it ). So how can I tell Mediaportal to use the TV Server?
