TV-Guide/EPG or Skinning problem ? (1 Viewer)

In the tv-guide there is a timeline at the top, and the timeline is basically 15 minutes off, because the timeline is divided up in blocks of 30 minutes, and the time-text i centered in this block rather than at the beginning.

this is how the timeline is presented:
<----------- 15:00 ----------> <---------- 15:30 ------------>

*15:00--------*15:15-------*15:30--------*15:45

* = Position of actual time in tv-guide

This makes the timeline very confusing. At first I thought it was a problem with the razor skin, but then I tried the MCE-Widescreen skin, and it has the same problem.

EDIT:

I found a picture that explains it, look at the timeline, and the show he's watching, looks like the show is gonna end 16:45, when in fact it ends 17:00

I have had a look through the skin files (specifically mytvguide.xml), and I can't see any setting that can change the horizontal location of the time labels with respect to the program data below them.

I think based on this it appears that this issue is code related, not skin related? Would any developer care to comment?
