I have looked at the other thread for this but there are so many suggestions it's confusing. I was wondering, does someone have one good way of getting EPG in Brisbane, Australia? I am a novice so exactly what I have to do would be much appreciated.

There are quite a few grabbers available so its up to your. Theres webepg which actually comes supplied with MP. Theres also TUGG which is written by a fellow MP user, and theres the MCE2005 ones which also work, Bladerunner pro or FreeXMLTV.

How are you going with this? If you have an automated solution, I would be very interested.

If not, then FWIW as of the last build of MP, I have a method of getting the EPG - it's a little primitive and does require some manual steps, but it works.

One of the things sorely needed in MP is the ability to map channels listed in the EPG to channels tuned in application as found in MCE. If I get a bit of free time I might write a little tool to do this.

I can highly recommend TUGG - send a PM to angusmann for details.

I have tried pretty much all of the others, and I find TUGG the easiest to setup, fast to use and it gives the most complete information....
