tv guide shows no data (1 Viewer)

i can not get the tv guide to work for the life of me. im using mc2xml but nothing i do works. it seems to be pulling data from webepg and i dont have it activated. the only reason i know this is i get one channel on my guide and its on webepg. but like i said its not activated i have xmlc active it sees 33 channels id's 25 but not show in the tv guide .........

We'll be happy to help if you can please:

1. Zip and attach ("upload a file") the XMLTV file (tvguide.xml / xmltv.xml) produced by mc2xml.
2. Confirm that you've been following the setup instructions in the wiki (manual) -->here<--.
   
3. Provide a screenshot of your XMLTV settings (the general and mappings tabs).
4. Zip and attach your TV Server log files:
   1. Open TV Server Configuration.
   2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
   3. Zip all the files in that folder.
   4. Attach the zip file.
