1mb, and my sound works on the app that came with it, make sure you plug that cable between the card and your motherboard/sound card right, you could have one of the ends backwards.

Cable? Do you mean the small, flat 4-pin one on the tv card that connects to the mobo? I have it plugged into aux on the mobo. I don't think you need to connect the sound card to the tv card. Is that right?

realized that name of sofware encoders had small letters "t". In xml configuration file was "LeadTek" and i found in windows registry file that my encoders name is "Leadtek". When I changed this letter in configuration file it started to work.

not really sure which xml they are talking about but i'm checking it out.
That would be the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml file in the C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal folder. Open it with Notepad and go to Edit -->Search and search for Leadtek. There are several, spelled both ways. Change the one that applies to your card.

First of all

I have never manage to get the card work with pvr2, only with pvr.

As for the no sound issue you must go into pvr configuration and change the audio autput(cd,line out, wave, aux) for both card section bda and wdm (digital and analogue).

One thing to check is to open the audio properties in control panel and chech if something is muted.

The stutter problem went away as soon as i installed latest DirectX fro Microsoft.

I'm still having these sound issues. I found that about 2 out of 14 channels have sound the others don't. I tried to check the settings in PVR but they all seem ok. I can't really understand that either- isn't the pvr softeware independant of media portal? Why would you have to configure the audio in pvr?

Anyway- does anyone have any other suggestions on how to resolve this???
