    I just upgraded catalyst: 7.11->7.12

    Preview works! Even with HW acceleration! No Flicker/black picture.

    btw: gfaphics upgrade is not an option, I have an Asus Pundit barebone with integrated GFX, and only 1 PCI slot, there is my TV-Tuner! Even WLAN must be USB.
