TV Recordings page blank (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

So I have tried re-installing everything a few times and each time I do the first time I go into the TV Recordings menu all works as it should.

After restarting my computer it reverts back to a blank page with a menu option on the side that I can only open by hovering my mouse on it, but will not let me change any of the view settings.

I'll attach a screenshot to show all I can see when I enter the TV Recordings menu.

Help would be appreciated.

seems odd that it works the first time, might be useful if you reproduce the issue and attach those debug logs

I forgot to mention that when I run mediaportal in defaultwide or amped skin that the TV Recording page works fine. The one thing I've picked up is that the default and Amped skins both have it set to list, whereas StreamedMP has it set to icons but won't allow me to change it.

the error.log shows your missing quite a few skin files, so streamedmp doesnt seem to have installed properly

Can u redownload the installer, remove the old one and retry?

I will give that a try after work. Any advice on how to completely.uninstall streammp cleanly?

Remove streamedmp from Add/Remove programs

Thanks for the suggestions Mastyman, they helped resolve the problem.

I have a problem that the issue was caused by Kaspersky. When I installed the skin it cracked the shits so I have installed it with Kaspersky disabled and will try to make a rule so it trust the skin if it's listed in the applications section.

Will let you know if it stays resolved.

Just to confirm, I believe the culprit was indeed my firewall (Kaspersky) not liking something in the Mediastream installer. After re-installing with it disabled and then making as much as I could trusted the issue hasn't re-occurred. Crossing my fingers that it's fixed for good now
