    Hello and good morning!

I'm a newbe at MP, but for me it looks like a great solution.

Currently I tried to set up my recording directory on a samba share. MP TV-Server uses more time to accept the configuration - but no error message.

When running the tv recording nothing happens, no file will be stored. Neither xml, nor MPEG-File.

Thank you for your help in advance

Make sure that the TV server service is running on an user account that has write access to the share(s). By default Windows aren't allowing services to access the shares.

    Hello tourettes!

After some time as administrator I should known that there ist no share 'drive name' when starting as service ;))

I started with the right Username, but I reverenced a drive name, not a share name.

Thank yout for your help and have a happy new year!
