TV series import not functioning (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
I have a strange TV Series problem I have never experienced before.
Clean MP install.

I specified my server with series folder which contains proper series folders with shows but when clicking on "import" I get "0 supported files found".
I even tried creating a folder on c drive with few shows and it still gave me the same error.
I attached the image with the log. Since it is a clean MP install I am not sure what could be wrong.

If it helps Moving Pictures do not work either. After specifying the "watch folder" folder is never automatically scanned.

I attached the image with the log.

Adjusting MP-TVSeries config to use debug log verbosity and then supplying the actual "TV-Series.log" file is a much better way to find out what is happening, because all the screenshot allows for is making wild guesses.

One guess would be that you have permission issues on the import paths, or the media files are using an extension that is not supported by MediaPortal by default and needs to be added inside MePo config to the list of supported ones.

But it's all guesswork, until you provide the debug-enabled log file that is needed to really see what is failing.

My apologies RoChess,
I have copy-pasted the whole log file below.
My shows are typical .avi files (mostly xvid encoded) and few .mkv files
File structure is TV Shows>Series folder>Season folder>video files
Even when I copied part of the library to local drive I was getting the same problem so I am at a loss.

Z (presumingly a mapped network share) is not reachable. You need to configure it so that it is available when MediaPortal runs.

instead of using Z mapped drive, i recommend to use a UNC path instead

To eliminate any network/server issues I deleted the server location and added only a local C drive test folder with one tv show, MP TV Series still did not recognise any valid shows.

I reinstalled the TV series plugin in hope that it will help but it didn't. I attached a link to new log.

Apologies for double posting.

I just did a complete reinstall of MediaPortal and now TV Series works as it should.
Not sure where the problem was but it is now fixed.

I think you may have a issue with your db, it has a "commit failed" in log

Can you try option 2 from here?
