TV Series Playback Freeze Up (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

A slight problem when playing back TV Series. I can enter the season and pick a show, and when I press play, it plays no problem. However, if I try to skip forward (such as past adverts during the pre-record time) the picture & audio freezes. I then resort to hitting the stop button on the remote, and then after a few minutes MP must time out and returns back to the TV Series season screen. I can then start to play the episode again.

The TV Series are on the Server, logs are attached. I did have a look, but they are still a bit meaningless to me

This does not happen on the other two clients, just the one in the lounge.

I suspect it's a problem with the splitter filter being used for the .m4v files (I can't tell which splitter it is from the logs), also the thumbnail creation is failing (mtn.exe) possibly for the same reasons.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for the response. I have done a bit more playing and found that after the initial freeze and timeout is out of the way, I can play the episodes again and also skip through them as normal.
