TV Series suddenly refuses to work.. SQL Error? (1 Viewer)

hi,
little help please after cleaning out my download folder I must have deleted somethig vital to the tv serien plug in. it might be a SQLite related issue.
"commit failed on this commans <update online_series set HaslocalFiles_Temp =1 where D 79511> (SQLiteClient: cmd:sqlite3_finalize err:CORRUPT detaile database diskimage is malformed[...]"
I have no Idea what I did but this is rather annoying.
