First, ok I know this is not supported 
I've been running TV-Server 1.1.3 on my Win 2003 server for quite some time and really would like to upgrade to 1.2.3.
I'm able install 1.2.3 (upgrade) and the windows service starts but the MP logs shows that it didn't initialize properly and I'm not able to start the tv-server config.
Anyone been able to get this combo up and running? Any input would be great.
If this can't be done i guess i have to find a small dedicated Win 7 box for my TV-Server...
