TV-Server Configuration won't start (1 Viewer)

I had version 1.12 working great on Windows 7. Then I installed Windows 10. Now the TV Server Config won't start and returns the attached error. I tried a complete uninstall and it throws the same error during install. Any advice?https://flic.kr/p/wPapWQ

ich have testet du reinstall all things.. nothing work!

The error message means your PC's IP address or name has changed. To fix it you have to do one of:

1. Change the IP address or name back to what it was before.
2. Update the IP address or host name in the TV Server database Server table and gentle.config file.
3. Fully uninstall and reinstall TV Server, including the database.

Can i uninstall TV-Server and import a Backup?

I forgot to say that after doing that, you should restart the PC. Did you restart?

Yes i restart 2 times..
I have already reinstall the LAN Driver and reinstall Mysql and all these stuff

Ihave checket my Fritzbox, there i see that i have 3 different types of ips Adress.

After checking all the ips, now i found the right one.. and now all the Stuff Working!
