Hello.

I am running a backend frontend setup using MP 1.1.1 and I am having big problems with the TV-Server that crashes several times aday.

I use a phoenix cardreader and NewCS 1.31 and i use the latest MDPLUGINS from 2009 and ACamd ver 0.6.0.1

The TV-Service crashes with the following error recorded in the eventviewers app log:

Exception code: 0xc0000005

And the TV-Service has to be restarted for it to work again. I have set the recovery opt in the TV-Service service to restart service, restart service, restart computer.

I know I should attach log files that I can create when I should use the Mediaportal Debug shortcut. The problem is that I don´t have that shortcut on my TV-Server

So please advice how I should attach the right logs.

No support for such configuration.

What´s not supported? The CS config? ACamd? Is MDPLUGIN supported? Cause even when I just use the DVB-T card I get the same problem. With the DVB-T card I am only running the FTA channels, but I have set CAM limit to 3 so that we could look at different channels in the same MUX.

Have you seen the problem I get with the .DLL file before?

Mdapi and softcam configs are unfortunately not supported.

Now I think I have a standard setup, Client Server, win7 64bit ultimate, Blackgold & happauge cards. I'll turn on logging and try to capture the event if it happens again

I had same problem, but Mediaportal app was the 'application name'.

Same dll was listed as the module name. What does this .dll do or relate to?
