TV server give me snow on most chanels (1 Viewer)

The problem i have is that i get normal picture en sound on 3 channels, the other channels only give me snow, and when i stop the TV Service and restart the situation can be different than before. i have typed all the frequency's and checked them to be ok. Also in the TVServer control screen if i click on preview give the same result
